We want you to feel confident trying The Mindset Stack. Please read the policy below so expectations are clear.


1. Digital Products (One-Time Purchases)

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on one-time digital products.

To be eligible for a refund, customers must use and try the product for at least 14 days before submitting a refund request. This allows sufficient time to experience the product as intended.

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, the 30-day money-back guarantee applies only in cases where the product cannot be used as intended due to technical issues or template-related errors that our support team is unable to resolve.

If a product has been downloaded or accessed, customers are required to complete the 14-day usage period and contact our support team so we can attempt to resolve any issues before a refund is considered.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, lack of use, or dissatisfaction unrelated to product functionality.

If you’re not satisfied after the 14-day usage period, you may request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.

Refunds for digital products apply only to the initial purchase and do not apply to additional services or subscriptions.

All refund requests are subject to approval.

Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method.


2. Momentum Club Access (Included With Purchase)

Your purchase of a one-time digital product includes 4 weeks of complimentary access to the Momentum Club.

During this period, you’ll receive full access to Momentum Club content, including exclusive tools, templates, and resources.

After the 4-week access period ends, your Momentum Club membership will automatically continue as a paid monthly subscription, unless you cancel beforehand.

The current monthly subscription price will be clearly disclosed at checkout.


3. Subscriptions (Momentum Club)

The Momentum Club is a recurring monthly subscription that provides ongoing access to exclusive content, tools, and resources.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing.
  • Subscription renewals are non-refundable, as access is granted immediately at the start of each billing period.

If you cancel before the end of your 4-week access period, you will not be charged for the subscription.

If you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle.


4. How to Cancel Your Subscription

At this time, subscriptions can only be canceled by contacting our support team.

To cancel your Momentum Club subscription, please email us at:

Include:

  • The email address used at checkout
  • Your order number (if available)
  • A brief message requesting cancellation

Once your request is processed, we’ll confirm your cancellation via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for cancellation requests to be completed.


5. Accidental or Duplicate Charges

We understand mistakes happen.

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or an unintended renewal), please contact us within 72 hours of the charge. We’ll review the request and may issue a refund at our discretion.


6. Access Issues & Support

Many refund requests come from access issues that can be resolved quickly.

If you’re unable to access your purchase, please contact us first. We’ll immediately provide a new access link or a “force copy” link so you can start using your product right away.


7. How to Request a Refund

  • Your order number
  • The email used at checkout
  • A brief explanation

If your request qualifies under this policy, we’ll process your refund promptly.


8. Abuse & Chargebacks

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse, repeated refund requests, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in loss of access to all current and future products.
